Chris Mtanos

Associate Attorney

Chris Mtanos is an associate attorney at Romano Law working primarily with the firm’s Client Team.  He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from American University Washington College of Law and Kogod School of Business.

During his time in law school, Chris served as the President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, the Secretary of the Student Bar Association and as a Peer Consultant with American’s Center for Professionalism and Communications.  He also gained valuable legal skills as a Student Attorney and Dean’s Fellow at the American University Intellectual Property Law Clinic, and as an intern at a major music label.

Before law school, Chris graduated cum laude from Boston College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, with a minor in Philosophy.  While in undergrad, Chris studied abroad in Geneva, Switzerland and served as a production intern for a film production company.

Chris was born and raised in Syracuse, New York.  During his free time, Chris enjoys attending concerts, collecting vinyl records, and visiting art museums.
