Intellectual Property

Alozie is experienced in counseling clients in aspects of Patent, Trademark, Copyright and Trade Secret law, including prosecution, litigation, corporate intellectual property transactions, intellectual property due diligence and licensing. Alozie also represents clients in disputes brought before the Trademark Trial & Appeals Board of the United States Patent & Trademark Office. With his Electrical Engineering background, Alozie prepares and prosecutes patent applications in the electrical, computer, mechanical, cryptocurrency and financial technology fields. He speaks frequently on intellectual property issues and is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).
