Grant Gallagher is a 3L at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he serves in the Health Advocacy and Collaboration Law Clinic and holds legal interests in intellectual property, data privacy, and technology compliance, along with Seton Hall’s Data Privacy and Security Compliance Certificate and a CIPP/E Bootcamp certification. He has gained litigation experience in New York and New Jersey on matters spanning foreclosure defense, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, and healthcare compliance. Grant graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University with a B.A. in Communication and Media and a minor in Digital Marketing.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family at the beach and skiing.
