​With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Gregory has built a career helping organizations adapt to change and embrace innovation.  At Romano Law, he leads initiatives focused on AI adoption, workflow design, and knowledge management, helping teams work more effectively and deliver consistent, high-quality client service.

Gregory brings a people-centered approach to leadership and organizational change.  He collaborates with teams across the firm to improve how work gets done, helping strengthen collaboration, align stakeholders, and translate new ideas into practical, sustainable improvements.

A history buff, avid cook, art enthusiast, and language nerd, Gregory enjoys spending his free time exploring New York City’s museums, restaurants, and performing arts scene.  He travels abroad whenever he can, always eager to experience new cultures and cuisines and connect with people along the way.
