David is an experienced civil and criminal trial attorney, with significant employment law and commercial litigation experience. He has managed combat sports athletes around the world for more than fifteen years.

In addition to his recent work as General Counsel for Paradigm Sports Management, David completed his 20th year as an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, where he also serves as the faculty advisor to the Sports Law Society. He is the proud coach of the Goshen High School Mock Trial Team, who was 2023 County Champion.

David has been named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers list every year since 2007. He is a Past Chair of the Employment Rights Section of the American Association for Justice, past Co-Chair of the New York State Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section’s EEO Committee, and a past National Employment Lawyers Association/New York Chapter (NELA/NY) Executive Board member, where he was editor of the NELA/NY Employee Advocate newsletter. David regularly speaks on panels and symposiums on sports law and contract negotiation.

David competed in the 2004 and 2005 New York City Golden Gloves and holds a Black Belt in Tiger Schulmann’s Mixed Martial Arts. He loves spending time with his wife and five children and two cats (Pepper and Milo) and dog (D’Arce), listening to music, and kickboxing.
