Kayla joined the Romano Law team as a receptionist in 2021 where she contributes to consistently exceeding client expectations. At Romano Law, “KB” works hard to translate the firm’s core values of being positive and attentive to assist the support team.
Prior to joining the team, Kayla worked in sales positions to expand the market share of leading Caribbean and US consumer products. She also collaborated with US based IT, records management and real estate professionals to ensure the delight of corporate and individual clients across the United States.
The client experience is extremely important to Kayla but when she is not working, she enjoys a good book, helping others and connecting with nature. Kayla splits her free time between DIY projects, empowering the next generation of thought leaders via executive participation in her high school alumni and long walks in nature.
She is always open to opportunities to learn and master new skills and expand her cultural view. Her all-time favorite quote is, “Some people feel the rain, others just get wet” – Bob Marley.
