Carlianna is an associate attorney at Romano Law, where she focuses on legal issues in the entertainment industry, including contractual disputes and intellectual property issues. She previously worked as an associate attorney at Furgang & Adwar, LLP in New York, where she specialized in trademark law and entertainment law.

Before pursuing her law degrees, Carlianna attended the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University in her hometown of Syracuse, NY. Her work in the live music and advertising industries have influenced her legal career, as she is still heavily involved in both industries as legal counsel.
Outside of work, Carlianna is passionate about fashion, fitness and travel. Her creative pursuits as a jewelry designer allow her to express her artistic vision by creating unexpected, luxurious and expressive pieces of wearable art. She draws motivation from the words of the late fashion pioneer, Alexander McQueen, who once said, “Fashion should be a form of escapism, and not a form of imprisonment.” She enjoys exploring different countries and immersing herself in diverse cultures while traveling, seeking new experiences that help her grow as a creator and legal expert.
