Lily Jo collaborates with teams and colleagues to enhance synergy, strategic alignment, customer engagement, and performance accountability, ensuring everyone works towards common goals.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Lily Jo is earning her BBA in Business and Government from the University of Texas at Austin, making her a dedicated Longhorn and College Football fan. Her parents moved to the United States and are originally from Germany and England, teaching her to speak German since the age of three. Fortunate enough to visit her family abroad twice a year, she developed a profound love for traveling from a young age.
Lily Jo is not afraid to ask bold questions and encourages others to do the same. Believing that everyone is meant to be a lifelong learner, she often reads, listens to music, or watches programs to broaden her curiosity in a variety of topics, allowing her to bring a sense of authenticity and wonder to every aspect of her work.
In her free time, Lily Jo immerses herself in various hobbies, including running, pickleball, and lifting. Having completed her fourth half marathon in February, she hopes to accomplish a full marathon one day. Staying active and meeting new people are always of interest to her. Her enthusiasm drives her to continuously improve both herself and the organizations she supports, ensuring she leaves a lasting, positive mark on the world.
