Andrew Ramstad

Associate Attorney

Andrew Ramstad is an associate in Romano Law’s litigation and dispute resolution department, which represents clients in all stages of civil litigation, mediation and arbitration.  Andrew represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including commercial disputes, intellectual property disputes (copyright and trademark infringement and theft of trade secrets), defamation matters, matters involving cryptocurrency, and employment disputes.

Andrew is currently the secretary for the New York City Bar Association’s Council on Intellectual Property.

During law school, Andrew completed an internship with the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.  He was a national team semi-finalist, coach, and executive board member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Trial Division, a Notes Editor on the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, and Vice-President of the Intellectual Property Law Association.  He excelled in course work on complex commercial litigation, first amendment law and internet law. 

In his free time, Andrew is a die-hard Seattle Seahawks and Washington Huskies fan, a trumpet player, an avid hiker and aspiring marathon runner.
