Yiran joined Romano Law as a legal extern in May 2024, returned that fall as a law clerk, and now continues her journey as a Graduate Law Clerk. As an international student from China with a strong interest in corporate law, she brings a unique and globally informed perspective to both her legal studies and professional work.
Before pursuing her legal career, Yiran built a solid foundation in the business world, focusing primarily on regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. This experience equips her with valuable insights into the intersection of law and business—an asset she continues to draw upon in her legal practice.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Yiran is an avid cat enthusiast and a skilled baker, known for delighting friends with her light cream Chiffon cakes. During her time in law school, she has also been exploring the charm of swimming, adding a new dimension to her personal growth and wellness routine.
