Jon Thielen

Jon Thielen is a partner of Company Counsel LLC, where he focuses his practice on a variety of transactional matters, including corporate structuring and strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial litigation.  Jon helps business owners stay protected by being proactive with their legal needs, and helps them navigate the legal challenges associated with growing a small business.

Prior to joining Company Counsel after graduation from law school in May 2016, Jon worked as a certified legal intern at the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, and served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable James T. Anthony of the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas.  He also provided pro bono legal services at the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania.  He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, where he was a student-athlete as a member of the varsity swim team, and his J.D. from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he competed as a member of the moot court board.

Jon resides in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania with his wife and son. In his free time, Jon enjoys spending time outdoors, attending sporting events and concerts, and traveling.​
