Wesley Soza has been a valued member of Romano Law since 2018, starting as an administrative assistant before earning a promotion to the Client Development Team. With over 13 years of experience in various areas of customer service, Wesley has honed his skills in leadership and client relations. Before joining Romano Law, he managed customer service departments for some of the largest online dating services and national banks.
Beyond his customer service expertise, Wesley has also dabbled in the real estate and start-up sectors, where he successfully recruited, interviewed, trained, and managed real estate professionals and sales representatives. Fluent in Spanish, Wesley takes pride in going above and beyond to assist others.
In his downtime, Wesley enjoys quality time with his children and family, playing video games, watching stand-up comedy, diving into a good book, jamming to music, or catching up on sports. His favorite read? Ray Dalio’s Principles. Plus, he’s got a soft spot for retro gaming and loves collecting 8-bit video games as a hobby.
