Hannah Warther is a rising 3L at New York Law School and joined Romano Law as a Legal Extern in January 2026. She continues with the firm as a Summer Law Clerk.
Prior to law school, Hannah worked at EY as a business consultant in the Government and Public Sector practice, where she advised on matters ranging from multi-billion-dollar conglomerate divestitures to business transformation initiatives for organizations at the federal and state and local government levels.
Hannah attended University of Maryland, where she played Division I lacrosse and earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice & Criminology and an M.S. in Supply Chain Management.
Outside of law school, Hannah enjoys long runs along the West Side Highway, trips to her favorite Swedish candy store for sour candy and watching true crime documentaries.
