Gregory brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the retail sector to Romano Law, with a focus over the past decade on supporting emerging brands. He has helped organizations implement scalable systems, optimize operational workflows, and embrace innovation to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Since joining the firm a year ago, he has leveraged this expertise to deliver strategic improvements in service delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and process design.
With a degree in sociology, Gregory brings a people-centered approach to team leadership and organizational change. His curiosity about culture, behavior, and human dynamics informs his ability to synthesize diverse perspectives and lead inclusive, adaptable teams.
Outside the office, Gregory enjoys New York’s performing arts scene and experimenting with new recipes at home. A history buff, art enthusiast, and language nerd, he travels whenever he can—always eager to experience new cultures and cuisines, and to connect with people along the way.
