Daniel B. Lopez is a litigator focusing on commercial, entertainment, and intellectual property disputes, with additional experience in employment law matters. He represents clients at all stages of litigation, with an emphasis on motion practice and courtroom advocacy. Daniel brings a detail-oriented and strategic approach to resolving complex legal issues, particularly those arising in the entertainment industry.
After graduating from UCLA with honors and membership in the Alpha Lambda Delta & Phi Eta Sigma National Honors Societies, Daniel continued his legal education at Boston University School of Law, where he studied under a leading scholar in intellectual property law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in August 2021 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Daniel began his legal career at U.S. Law Group, a Beverly Hills-based boutique law firm acquired by Romano Law in 2026, where he advanced from law clerk to associate attorney.
He previously interned at Insomniac Holdings, LLC, where he worked under the General Counsel on intellectual property protection and enforcement and supported licensing matters for Insomniac-branded events.
