Ciera Rupp

Ciera is an Office Coordinator at Romano Law, where she plays a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations.  With a background in administrative and managerial support, she brings exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to office management.  She is dedicated to creating an efficient and welcoming environment for both clients and colleagues.

Ciera is a strong advocate for effective communication in all aspects of life, Ciera believes that clear, thoughtful dialogue is essential in both professional and personal settings.  Her ability to multitask and problem-solve enables her to streamline workflows and support the firm’s dynamic needs.

Originally from California, Ciera enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking, camping, or relaxing by the beach.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Communications and has a deep appreciation for literature, music, and humanitarian causes.  Ciera loves to write, she enjoys poetry and prose and is rarely seen without a book in hand or music playing through her headphones.  Some of her favorite authors include Kurt Vonnegut, Bell Hooks, and Leonard Cohen.
