Wesley Soza

Client Coordinator

Wesley Soza has been with Romano Law since 2018, working as an administrator assistant, and promoted to become part of the Client Development Team.

Wesley has over 12 years of experience in various areas of the customer service industry. Prior to joining Romano Law, Wesley managed and operated the customer service departments for some of the largest online dating services companies, as well as some national banks.

In addition to his experience in the customer service industry, Wesley also worked in the real estate and start-up world where he recruited, interviewed, trained, and managed real estate professionals and sales representatives.

Wesley is fluent in Spanish and enjoys going above and beyond to assist others in need. In his free time, Wesley enjoys spending time with his children and family, reading, listening to music, and watching sports. Wesley’s favorite book is author Ray Dalio’s Principles. Wesley is a fan of retro games and enjoys collecting 8-bit video games as a hobby.
