Thomas Rogers

Director of Operations

Thomas Rogers brings over 20 years of extensive experience in business operations to Romano Law.

Prior to joining Romano Law, Thomas established himself in the design world after graduating college by joining a luxury interior design firm as their Assistant Controller. He assisted the company to grow and expand its reach as he became their Controller and eventually their Director of Operations. In 2009, Thomas joined an international retail design firm as their US Manager of Operations, overseeing complex behind-the-scenes operations.

In 2020, Thomas decided to explore a different industry and transitioned to the legal field when he joined Romano Law as its Operations Manager. With his experience, he was able to bring a fresh perspective to the firm and has made contributions to maximize efficiency as the firm grows. In 2021, Thomas was promoted to the role of Director of Operations.

Thomas is an avid music enthusiast who enjoys attending concerts and collecting vinyl. He also enjoys traveling abroad, playing games, attending theatrical events, and cooking.
