Jonas M. Grant earned his law degree at Mauer School of Law (Indiana University – Bloomington), where he was Managing Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies.  He also has an MBA in finance from Indiana University’s top-ranked Kelley Graduate School of Business.  Mr. Grant received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.

His experience includes work at the home video arm of a major Hollywood studio and at a Beverly Hills talent and literary management and production company, legal counsel to two successful political campaigns, and assisting the Los Angeles, California offices of some of the world’s largest law firms with defending high-tech antitrust litigation matters and FTC, DOJ, and SEC investigations on behalf of clients Microsoft, KPMG, Macy’s, and Intel.  Currently, his practice focuses on the California business law and Nevada business law needs of entrepreneurs and small businesses.

He is admitted to practice in all California and Nevada state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is a member of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association (CLA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and Wealth Counsel, the premier national estate planning lawyer’s organization.
